NORFOLK - Wilhelm F. Neeb, 69, of 8818 Semmes Ave., who owned and operated F. 
Neeb & Son in the old City Market in downtown Norfolk, died Sunday in a 
hospital.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Only survivors are a niece, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Meehan of Norfolk; and two 
nephews, Martin E. Winbauer Jr. of Newton, N.C., and Robert A. Winbauer of 
Pompano Beach, Fla.
A Christian Wake service will be said tonight at 7 in Holy Trinity Catholic 
Church, where the family will be at 6 p.m. for visitation.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church 
with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments has charge. 
Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary’s Infant Home or the building fund of 
De Paul Hospital.
