Joseph Nelson of 354 E. Bute street, died in a nursing home November 8 at 
the age of 79.

He is survived by one daughter, Miss Ruth Nelson;  three sons, Reginald, 
Everette, and Robert Nelson, all of New York.

Funeral services were held Sunday, November 17 at St. John AME Church with 
the pastor, Rev. J. R. Johnson officiating.

Burial was in West Point Cemetery with Corprew’s Funeral Home of Campostella 
officiating.
