Mrs. Julia Newsome of 946 Hanson avenue, died recently after a six month 
illness in the hospital.

Funeral services were held at the Riddick Funeral chapel with the Venerable 
Richard Martin, officiating.  The Riddick Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrangements.

Mrs. Newsome is survived by her husband, Charlie Newsome, two sisters and a 
brother.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
