The Virginian Pilot November 29, 1956
Mrs. Ethel Mae Wrenn Nicholas, 69, of 518 S Main St., Berkley, died yesterday 
at 12:50 p.m. in a Norfolk hospital after an illness of three years. 
A lifelong resident of Norfolk, she was a daughter of the late George Thomas 
and Mrs. Cora E. Boykins Wrenn, and wife of the late Harry Lee Nicholas Sr.
She was a member of the Berkley Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, Harry Lee Nicholas Jr.; one grandson, Robert Lee 
Nicholas; one great-granddaughter, Karen Ann Nicholas; one brother, George T. 
Wrenn II, and one great niece, L. Diane Wrenn, both of Richmond.
The body was removed to the Sykes Funeral Home, Berkley, where funeral services 
will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
