Funeral services for Thomas J. Nicholson of 2714 Woodland avenue who died 
Tuesday, Sept. 18, in a local hospital, were conducted Friday, Sept. 21 at the 
First Baptist Church, Bute street, with the pastor, the Rev. E. Paul Simms, 
officiating.  Mr. Nicholson was a native of Raleigh, NC.  Interment was in the 
family plot in Calvary Cemetery, with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
