Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, September 8, 1992 
Armesia G. Nicholson of the 5900 block of Poplar Hall Drive, died Sept. 5, 1992,
in a hospital.

Mrs. Nicholson was born in Norfolk. She was a former beautician and had retired
from the Cerebral Palsy Training Center of the Norfolk public schools after 20
years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lamberts Point.

Survivors include her husband, Solomon Nicholson; a son, Malverse A. Nicholson
of Chesapeake; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four
great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in First Baptist Church of
Lambert's Point by the Rev. Anthony C. Paige. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery
. The body will be placed in church at 10 a.m. The family will assemble at 5920
Poplar Hall Road and the procession will form at the church. Hale Funeral home
is handling arrangements.
