Virginia Beach - Kay T. Niegro, 80, passed away peacefully May 10, 2016. Born to 
the late Robert C. and Katie W. Tunstall, Kay is predeceased by her husband, 
Michael A. Niegro Jr. Kay was a graduate of Maury H.S and spent most of her life 
in the Norfolk-Va. Beach area. She is survived by 2 daughters, Mary E. and husband 
Gene Keelin, Susan K. and husband Mark A. Andrews, and a son, Michael A, Niegro 
III. The family will hold a Celebration of Life gathering in Va. Beach, Va. in the 
near future.
