He was a native of Princess Anne County and had been a resident of Norfolk for 40 years. He is survived by two sons, Charles E. Nimmo and J. Pendleton Nimmo, both of Norfolk; a brother, Samuel S. Nimmo, of Princess Anne; two grandchildren, Billie and Edward Nimmo, and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Nimmo's wife, Mrs. Mary Ellen Nimmo, died February 10 this year. Mr. Nimmo was a member of the Presbyterian Church, and prior to his retirement in 1932 was an employe of the Virginiia National Bank. The body was removed to the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial avenue, pending funeral arrangements.
