Nevin Dies; Funeral Today Mrs. Emma Chapin Nevin, aged 82, died at 3:15 a.m. yesterday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. L.C. Coston, 2606 Bainbridge boulevard, Rosemont. She was a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. and had resided in this section for 65 years. She was the daughter of the late Lyman and Mrs. Amelia Simms Chapin and widow of William Nevin. She is survived by one son, William G. Nevin; two daughters, Mrs. R.A. Woods and Mrs. L.C. Coston, and one half- sister, Mrs. H.A. Crockett, all of this section; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Nevin was one of the first members of the Armstrong Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. The family has requested that flowers be omitted.
