Virginian-Pilot  November 19, 1955
Anthony Nocella, Jr., 29, husband of Mrs. Rose Nocella and son of Anthony and the 
late Mrs. Rose Provicano Nocella, died Saturday at a Norfolk hospital.
He was a native of Brooklyn, N. Y., and had been a resident of Norfolk for 20 
years, residing at 3304 Jordan street, Coleman Place, at the time of his death.
Besides his wife and father, survivors are one daughter, Miss Catherine Nocella; 
one son, Anthony Nocella; two brothers, Rocco Nocella and Ralph Nocella, and three 
sisters, Mrs. Josephine Coppersmith, Mrs. Alma Hurst, and Miss Grace Nocella. All 
survivors are of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, to Christ the 
King Catholic Church for funeral services Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery. Rosary services will be held tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral 
apartments.
