Norfolk - A funeral service was held Wednesday in First Calvary Baptist Church
for Mrs. Martha Norfleet of 2611 Virginia Beach boulevard.  Burial was in
Calvary Cemetery with Hairston Funeral Home in charge.  Mrs. Norfleet, a native
of Norfolk, died Dec. 4 in a hospital.  The Rev. C. E. Griffin officiated at the
services.

Mrs. Norfleet was a daughter of Emmett H. Harris and Mrs. Sarah F. Harris and
the wife of William H. Norfleet.  She was a member of First Calvary.

Besides her husband, surviving are a stepson, William Norfleet of California; 
an adopted brother, William Tolliver of Norfolk;  and two sisters, Mrs. Beatrice
I. Harris and Miss Bertha M. Harris of Norfolk.
