NORFOLK — Genevieve L. Norfleet, 82, of 4601 Mayflower Road died Thursday in a 
hospital.
She was a native of Portsmouth and the widow of Wallace W. Norfleet. She owned 
and operated Genevieve Beauty Shop and was a member of Blessed Sacrament 
Catholic Church.
Survivors include a sister, Margaret C. Talley of Virginia Beach, and a nephew, 
Louis Talley of Norfolk.
A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 1 p.m. Saturday in Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, with H.D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, in charge.
The family will be at 1712 Grove Court, Norfolk.
