Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, October 23, 1994 
Darnell Norman of the 7100 block of Sewells Point Road died Oct. 18, 1994. 
Survivors include his wife, Jovone Norman; a daughter, Rachel Norman; three 
sons, Zabien Norman, Emmanuel Norman and LeAnthony Norman; his parents, 
Jerline Norman and Ray Norman; three sisters, Jacqueline Norman, Nadine 
Sweeney and Nicole Norman; and two brothers, Kenneth Norman and Ervin 
Norman, all of Norfolk; a stepfather, Hubert Short; and a host of relatives 
and friends. 
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home. 
Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park.
