He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie Whitehurst; a daughter, Mary Virginia Norris; his father, James O. Norris, three sisters, Misses Jakie E. and Ida A. Norris and Mrs. W.H. Gleason, all of Norfolk; four brothers, Jesse D. and Otto G. Norris, of Portsmouth and George W. and Prossie A. Norris, of Norfolk. Mr. Norris was a native of Princess Anne County, but had been a resident of Norfolk practically all of his life. He was a member of McKendree Methodist Church and Industry Council No. 1 O.F.A. Funeral services will be conducted at McKendree Methodist Church tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
