Woodworth, 110 Middleton street. Mrs. Oakley was a native of Portsmouth, where she lived the most of her life and was well known by a large circle of friends. She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Maria Redd Foiles and is survived by the following children: Harry L. Oakley, Portsmouth, Mrs. George R. Spady, Machaponga, Va., W.E. Oakley, Mrs. J.H. Woodworth, Berkley; and sisters, Mrs. Lewis E. Hosier, Mrs. Arthur Clark, South Norfolk, William Foiles, Norfolk. The funeral services will be conducted at the above residence Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, and burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
