Norfolk Journal and Guide, Oct 3,1942
William Obey of 1262 Factory street died at his residence September 16.  The
funeral was held at First Calvary Baptist Church September 20 with the Rev.
Charles Williams officiating.  Miss Alma Joe was soloist.  Burial was in Calvary
Cemetery directed by the McCoy Funeral Home.
