Norfolk Journal and Guide April 13,1940
The funeral of Miss Edith Mae Obey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Obey of 1262
Factory Street, was held at First Calvary Baptist Church with the pastor, the
Rev. O. J. Allen officiating.  Survivors are one sister, Miss Francis Obey of
New York, three brothers, all of Norfolk and her parents.  Interment was in
Calvary Cemetery.  McCoy’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
