Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 23, 1912

Mrs. Letitia A. O'Connor, of New York, formerly of this city, died suddenly last 
evening at 8 o'clock at the residence of her nephew, Cornelius S. Clark, whom 
she was visiting, in Lafayette Residence Park, Cottage Toll Road.
Mrs. O'Connor, who was the widow of Frank O'Connor, of Norfolk. was a sister of 
the late M. Glennan, of this city, and is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mary 
Esby and Miss Sarah Glennan, of Norfolk and a daughter, Miss Adele O'Connor, of 
New York.
Mrs. O'Connor was a lady of lovely character and attainments and her death will 
be deeply regretted by a large circle of friends and acquaintances here. 
Arrangements for the funeral were not completed last night.

The funeral of Mrs. Letitia A. O'Connor, widow of Frank O'Connor, was held at 
St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10 o'clock yesterday morning and was largely 
attended. The services was conducted by Rev. E.J. Walsh, during which Mrs. James 
Hughes sang "Face to Face." The floral tributes were numerous and beautiful, the 
casket being covered with a lovely pall of smilax. The interment was in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.
The following were the pallbearers: A.G. Hall, Thomas U. Hare, W.M. Hannon, O.J. 
Edgerton, L.R.P. Butcher, M.T. Friary, Jon B. Loughran, H.D. Oliver.
