Virginian Pilot September 25, 1961

Mrs. Frances W. O'Connor, wife of the late John M. O'Connor, died Sept. 16 
at her home, 1264 N. LeLord Ave., Chicago.
Daughter of James Franklin and Lolo Virginia Ives Ward and a Norfolk native, 
she lived in Chicago 24 years.
Survivors include a son, John M. O'Connor, Jr. of Chicago, two brothers, 
Curtis Ives Ward of Denver and James F. Ward Jr. of Chicago and an aunt Mrs. 
John Page Simpson of Norfolk.
The body was brought to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments and will be taken to 
Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley, today for a private funeral service.

 O'CONNOR, MRS. FRANCES WARD - at the residence, 1264 N. LeLord Avenue, 
Chicago, Illinois, SATURDAY, September 16, 1961, MRS. FRANCES WARD O'CONNOR, 
wife of the late John M. O'Connor and daughter of the late James Franklin 
and Mrs. Lolo Virginia Ives Ward, in the 51st year of her age.  A funeral 
service will be conducted, privately, at the grave in Magnolia Cemetery, 
Berkley, Monday.  The body will be taken to the cemetery from the H.D. 
Oliver Funeral Apartments.  Interment will follow.
