NORFOLK - Charles Robert (Jack) O’Connor, 70, of 112 W. 39th St., husband of the 
late Mrs. Leila Mae Holbruner O’Connor and son of John H. and Mrs. Mary T. Brennan 
O’Connor, a native of Washington and a resident of Norfolk 60 years, died in a 
hospital Saturday at 6:55 a.m.
He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a Norfolk grocer many 
years before his retirement ten years ago.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. George A. Glover of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Monday at 10 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in Ewell & 
Williamson Funeral Home tonight at 7:30.
