Mr. O’Connor, a Justice of the Peace for the City of Norfolk for a number of years, was a charter member and the oldest living member of B.P.O.E. Lodge 15, of Washington. He was also a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Surviving him are two sons, C. R. (Jack) O’Connor and Maurice J. O’Connor; two daughters, Mrs. Oliver J. Story and Mrs. George A. Glover, all of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. James G. Haskell and Mrs. James F. Hartnett, of Washington; and two brothers, Andrew P. O’Connor, of Dorsey, Md., and Charles F. O’Connor, of Washington. The body will be taken from the residence to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for funeral services tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
