NORFOLK - Charles L. Odom of 1050 Mapole Ave., retired from Hallmark Moving & 
Storage, died Wednesday in a Hampton hospital.
  A native of Norfolk, he was a Navy veteran of World War II.  He was a graduate 
of Booker T. Washington High School and played football there.  He was a Baptist.
  Survivors include a foster daughter, Mrs. Rose Lee Rivers of Norfolk; a sister, 
Mrs. Eva Del Odom Pope of Clovis NM; a brother, Willie G. Lewis of Norfolk; and 
two foster grandchildren.
  A funeral will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Graves Funeral Home Chapel by the 
Rev. J.L. Kearney.  Burial with military honors will be in Calvary Cemetery.  The 
family will assemble at his home.
