Virginian-pilot., August 22, 1899 
Miss Phoebe Oglesby, the 14 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George P. 
Oglesby, of Thirty-Ninth Street, died Sunday morning after an illness of 
several weeks from typhoid fever. The funeral was conducted by Rev. L. 
Bouldin, of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. The interment was in Elmwood 
Cemetery, Norfolk.
