O'Hara, talented pianist and a student of portrait and landscape painting, died yesterday morning at 1:18 o'clock at the Grandy Sanatorium. Surviving Miss O'Hara are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.F. O'Hara, of 1738 LaSalle avenue; one sister, Miss Kathleen O'Hara, and two brothers, Robert Burke O'Hara, of Brooklyn, N.Y., and James Frederick O'Hara, of Santa Barbara, Calif. The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-612 East Freemason street, to Selden Chapel, Christ and St. Luke's Church, for services tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock. The Rev. W. Taylor Willis, rector, will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
