The Virginian Pilot February 7, 1976
Mrs. Julia Dameron Old of 817 Mayflower Apartments, the widow of Hallie 
Carlisle Old and a native of Kinsale, Va., died Thursday in her home.
She lived here nine years and was a member of Galilee Episcopal Church, 
Colonial Dames of America, Daughters of the American Revolution, Historical and 
Genealogical Association, and Garden Club of Virginia.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Wilson Embrey and Mrs. Mennis Gibson, and a 
brother, Frank A. Dameron, all of Fredericksburg.
A funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, 
by the Rev. John H. Jordan.  H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, has 
charge.
