Norfolk Virginian Pilot February 27, 1937


Mrs. Georgia A. Olson, aged 70, died at a local hospital yesterday morning at 1 
o’clock after a long illness. She was the widow of Albert Olson and was a 
lifelong resident of Norfolk. She resided with her niece, Mrs. Bland West, 1836 
Brambleton Avenue.

Mrs. Olson is survived by one sister, Mrs. Laura Ellis, of Norfolk; one niece, 
Mrs. West, and two nephews, Vernon and Willie Wilson of Norfolk. Funeral 
services will be conducted from the Gregory Funeral Home, 3401 Granby Street, 
tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
