He was a son of the late William and Mrs. Sabrina Cason O'Neal and was born in Currituck County, N.C. He is survived by three children, W.S. O'Neal, Portlock; Charles O'Neal and Mrs. Annie A. Morse, South Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. Betty Pigott, of Currituck County; 13 grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. He was a member of Raleigh Heights Baptist Church. The body was taken to the funeral home of J.R. Williams, 13 Chesapeake Avenue, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. C.E. Anderson, pastor of Raleigh Heights Baptist Church. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
