He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret L. O'Neill, five daughters, Mrs. Roland F. Heath, of Norfolk; Mrs. Arthur M. Love, of Baltimore; Mrs. C.S. Funk, of Norfolk; Mrs. Ray J. Shotwell, of Bloomington, Ill. and Miss Gladys O'Neill; two sons, Raymond W. O'Neill, of Washington, D.C. and David C. O'Neill, of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. David Carpenter, of Norfolk and Mrs. Abbott Morris, of Norfolk; two brothers, Charles W. O'Neill of Norfolk and Arthur A. O'Neill, of New York and 18 grandchildren. Mr. O'Neill was a native and life-long resident of Norfolk and was the son of the late Charles H. and Mary Frances O'Neill and was a member of the Freemason Street Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Twenty- ninth and Granby Streets, this afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. Sparks W. Melton, pastor of the Freemason Street Baptist Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
