Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark April 15, 1918
Mrs. Margaret Onley Parker, aged 53 years, wife of J.W. Parker, died at 2 
o'clock yesterday afternoon at the family residence, 108 Walnut street, after a 
brief illness of pneumonia.
Mrs. Parker had been a resident of this section practically all her life, and 
was well known and esteemed by a large circle of friends.  She is survived by 
her husband who is in North Carolina, and five children, as follows: A.W., J. 
Warren, Irma M., Mildred B. Onley and Mrs. F.P. Hatfield.
The funeral arrangements will be announced later.

The funeral of Mrs. Margaret Parker, wife of J.W. Parker, will be conducted at 
the family residence, 108 Walnut street, this afternoon at 4 o'clock by Rev. 
S.J. Batten, pastor of Memorial Methodist Church, and burial will be in Magnolia 
Cemetery.
