The Norfolk Landmark August 24, 1898 

The funeral services of the late Mrs. W.A. Osborne was conducted at 10:30 o'clock 
yesterday morning from the Chestnut Street M.E. Church by the pastor, the Rev. Mr. 
Chandler. The interment was in Magnolia Cemetery. The following named gentlemen 
acted as the pallbearers: Messrs. W.B. Daugherty, George W. Jones, L. Berkley, 
W.B. Shafter, W.L. Berkley, C.B. Gibbs, E.F. Truitt, Ford Duncan.
