Virginian Pilot August 21, 1950  

 

Mrs. Ninon Mister Otter, of 333 West 15th Street, died in a Norfolk hospital 
yesterday at 4:30 a.m., after an illness of several months. She was a native of 
Onancock, and had resided in Norfolk practically all of her life.

She was the daughter of Severn J. Mister and the late Mrs. Lula Stant Mister. 
She was a member of the Colonial Avenue Methodist Church.

Besides her father, she is survived by two aunts, Mrs. Pearl Stant Backus and 
Mrs. Verna Stant Backus; three uncles, Fred T. Stant, William R. Stant and 
Clarence W. Stant, all of Norfolk.

Funeral services will be conducted in the James V. Derry Funeral Chapel 
Tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
