Ottley, of 7314 Hampton Blvd., Apt. 2C, the widow of Waightes G. Ottley Sr. and a daughter of Milton H. and Mrs. Martha Moore Armour, died in a hospital Tuesday. A native of Ripley, Miss., she lived here 50 years. She was a member of Episcopal Church of The Good Shepherd. She was a retired employe of Ames Brownley. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Frances O. Heichelbeck of Norfolk; three sons, Milton M. Ottley of Norfolk and W.G. Ottley Jr. and William P. Ottley of Richmond; a sister, Mrs. Emma A. Anderson of West Helena, Ark.; three brothers, Milton Armour of Amory, Miss., Marion Armour of Portland, Ore., and Phil Armour of Holly Springs, Miss.; nine grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren. The body will be taken from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to Magnolia cemetery for a funeral service Friday at 11:30 a.m. by the Rev. Sidney C. Swann Jr. of Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions be sent to the American Cancer Society.
