Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark June 20, 1934

OTTLEY - At 2:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 19, 1934, COL. JOSHUA J. OTTLEY, aged 87 
years, in the residence, 411 South Main Street, Berkley, a son of the late 
William and Mrs. Mary Halstead Ottley and widower of Mrs. Rosa C. Parker 
Ottley.
Funeral services will be conducted THURSDAY MORNING at 11 o'clock in the 
residence.  Burial will be in the family plot in Magnolia Cemetery.
