She is survived by eight cousins, John Foreman, of Asheville, N.C.; Halstead Foreman, of New York; Mrs. John Munce, Jr., of Richmond; Mrs. Albert C. Smith, of Norfolk; W.H. Foreman, of Ahoskie, N.C.; J.H., G.E. and J.W. Foreman, all of St. Brides. Miss Outten was a native and life-long resident of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock by the Rev. J. Sutherland Watt, rector of St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
