Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, August 12, 1990 
Gladys W. Overby, 83, of the 2400 block of Myrtle Ave., a retired secretary,
died Aug. 9, 1990.

Mrs. Overby, a native of Lexington, retired from H.C. Young Press after 15
years. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church and the widow of Albert W.
Overby Sr.

Survivors include a brother, Francis D. Washington Jr. of Washington, D.C.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Grace Episcopal Church by
the Rev. Joseph N. Green Jr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Hale Funeral
Home is handling arrangements.
