Virginian Pilot October 29, 1993

William Paul Owens, 36, of the 3000 block of E. Ocean View Ave., a cab driver, 
died Oct. 27, 1993, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Owens was born in Covington, KY.
Survivors include his wife, Annette Owens; a son, William Paul Owens, II of 
Norfolk; his parents, Barbara H. Dean of Winston-Salem, NC, and William Lee 
Owens of Marietta, GA; two sisters, Elisa Biddix and Cynthia Holder, both of 
Winston-Salem, NC; and a brother, Zachery Owens of High Point, NC.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Magnolia Cemetery by 
the Rev. Paul D. Moore. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. Memorial donations may be made 
to DePaul Medical Center.
