Virginian Pilot October 31, 1998

Audrey Ducey Owens, 79, died Oct. 28, 1998, in Seven Rivers Hospital in Crystal 
River, Fla.
Mrs. Owens was a native of Norfolk. She was the widow of Oscar Elias Owens and 
the daughter of the late Clifford H. and Doris Hosier Ducey.
Survivors include three daughters, Martha C. Eckstorm, Mary Margaret Smith and 
Ruth Elaine Langford; five sons, James Clifford Owens, Charles Fredrick Owens, 
Oscar Elias Owens Jr., Thomas Patrick Owens and William Michael Owens; 13 
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, at Elmwood Cemetery by 
Father John J. Dorgan. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, is in charge of 
arrangements.
