She was a native of Portsmouth and had been a resident of Norfolk for 25 years. Surviving her are two sons, John B. and Charles J. Owins; one daughter, Mrs. J.O. Bradley, and 10 grandchildren, all of Norfolk. Mrs. Owins was the daughter of the late James J. and Mrs. Hannah Booth. Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne road. The Rev. C.J Hollandsworth, pastor of Lafayette Presbyterian Church, of which she was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
