Norfolk - Final rites for Miss Alice Lee Palmer, who died Tuesday afternoon at 
DePaul Hospital following an extended illness, will be conducted here Friday at 1 
p.m. at Grice Episcopal Church, Cumberland and Kent streets.

Miss Palmer, who was a teacher in the city school system, received the master of 
arts degree last year from Columbia University. She resided at 1016 Maypole avenue 
with her mother and sister who survive her.
