Virginia Pilot March  19, 1991

Haywood Lee "Man" Palmer, 19, of the 1500 block of Outten St., died.

He was a native of Norfolk and a Baptist.

Survivors include a sister, Beverly R. Cross of Germany; and a brother, Haywood 
G. Ricks of Norfolk.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Twilight Funeral Chapel by 
the Rev. Leonard Garris. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will be 
at 3130 Vimy Ridge Ave. Family and friends will assemble at the residence at 11 
a.m. Wednesday for the procession to the chapel.
