Norfolk Virginian Pilot January 4, 1952
Mrs. Lillian Archer Pannill, widow of A. Plummer Pannill and daughter of Burke 
and Mrs. Martha Archer, a native of Richmond and a resident of Norfolk most of 
her life, died yesterday at 4:20 a.m. at the residence, Greenbrier Apartments, 
834 Westover Avenue.
Surviving her are one daughter, Mrs. Robert W. Ribble; a grandson, Robert W. 
Ribble, Jr., of Norfolk, and two cousins, Miss Caroline V. Archer of Norfolk, 
and John Allmond Archer, of Raleigh, N.C.
The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Selden 
Chapel, Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church, for services tomorrow at 1 p.m. 
by the Rev. Taylor Willis, D.D., rector. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
