It was thought at the time that he would live. Police have been searching for the negro, of whom little in the way of a description was obtainable, but so far have not been successful in their efforts to find him. Mr. Pantaleone is survived by a daughter, Mrs. M.D. Mosier, of Norfolk. He was a native of Italy, where other relatives live and had been in the restaurant business in Norfolk for nine years. Funeral service will be held from the Holloman-Brown funeral home, 1801 Granby street, Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
