Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, June 26, 1991
Odeania Louise Parham, 89, of the 2900 block of Virginia Beach Blvd., a retired
domestic worker, died June 22, 1991, in a hospital.

Mrs. Parham was a native of Dinwiddie County, Va. She was a member of St. Mary's
Catholic Church and was the widow of Charlie A. Parham.

Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy V. McGee of Norfolk, Delores M.
Boston of Columbus, Ga., and Ruth E. Walker of Floyd, Va.; six sons, John Parham
and Morris Parham, both of Sacramento, Calif., James Parham and Howard Parham,
both of Norfolk, Solomon Parham of Baltimore and Robert Parham of Philadelphia;
a sister, Marie Dillard of Freeman, Va.; a brother, Robert Greene of Dover,
Del.; 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Pretlow Funeral Home, Norfolk. Burial
will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the
funeral home, where friends may visit the family from 7 to 8 p.m. Friends may
also visit at the residence and will assemble there at 10 a.m. Friday for the
procession.
