Mrs. Parham was born in Norfolk. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point. She was also a member of the Female Usher Board and the Choir. Survivors include a son, Randolph Parham of Virginia Beach; a sister, Eula Orgeman of Chesapeake; three brothers, Edward Parham of Norfolk, Herbert Parham of Philadelphia, Pa., and Ralph M. Parham of Virginia Beach; and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Alice B. Parham and Emmett Parham. The funeral will be conducted at noon Monday, April 25, 1994, in First Baptist Church, Lamberts Point, by the Rev. Anthony Paige. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . A wake will be held Sunday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Monday. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
