Virginian Pilot, Monday, November 2,1959
Norfolk - Mrs. Margaret Hollowell Parker, 64, 1411 Church St. died Saturday at 
4:05 p.m. in a Norfolk hospital after a long illness.

A daughter of Mrs. Amelia Hollowell and the late George Hollowell, she was a 
native of Norfolk.  She was a member of Phyllis Wheatley Circle and of 
Metropolitan A.M.E.Z. Church, where she served on the usher board for 26 years 
and president for 12.

Besides her mother she is survived by her husband, Henry Louis Parker Sr., two 
daughters, Mrs. Goldie Lee of New York City and Mrs. Evelyn Davis of Norfolk;  a 
son, Henry Louis Parker Jr. of the U.S. Army in Germany;  a sister, Mrs. Mary 
Wilson of New York City, two brothers, Thomas Hollowell of New York City and 
Benny Hollowell of Norfolk, and five granddaughters.

The body was taken to Riddick Funeral Service.
