Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - February 9, 1991

Hansel Cornelious Parker, 19, of the 4100 block of E. Ocean View Ave., a 
cook, died Feb. 2, 1991, in a hospital.
Mr. Parker, a Norfolk native, was employed with Burger King. He was a member 
of Holy Light Church of Deliverance, Portsmouth.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Arrington; his father, Billie Smith 
Sr.; and two sisters, Marvina Arrington and Meleta J. Smith, all of 
Portsmouth; a brother, Billie R. Smith Jr. of Chicago; and grandparents, 
Dorothy and Roland Holland and Alice and Emmitt Coley, all of Portsmouth.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Twilight Funeral Home by 
the Rev. J.L. Kearney. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Friends may join 
the family from 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home and other times at 
1204 Nero Drive, Portsmouth. They will assemble at 10:45 a.m. Monday in the 
funeral home.
