Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, June 15, 1993 
Torrance Andrew Parker, 19, of the 400 block of Virginia Ave., a student, died
June 11, 1993, at 36th St. and Newport Ave.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Parker; his father, John A. Parker Sr.; and
three sisters, Dorothy R. West, Leona G. Jordan and Avis B. McCann, all of
Norfolk; and two brothers, Sergeant first class Maurice W. Parker of Kitizgen,
Germany, and Anthony M. Parker of Norfolk.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in St. Mark R.Z.U.A. Church,
Norfolk, by the Rev. Theodore Lewis. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery .
Viewing will begin at 4 p.m. today in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk
Chapel. The family will assemble at the residence at 11 a.m. Wednesday for the
processional.
