Mrs. Parker was a native of Norfolk, Va. She was the daughter of the late Fanny Marshall Byrd Waller and Corbin Griffin Waller, and the widow of the late Eugene Lee Parker. She was a member of Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Norfolk. Mrs. Parker was a graduate of Leachwood Seminary and a member of The Norfolk Society of the Arts and The National Society of the Colonial Dames in America. Survivors include her two nephews, Thomas M. Whittmore and H. Waller Whittmore, and their children and grandchildren. A church service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday Aug. 21, 1995, in Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church Selden Chapel by the Rev. James W. H. Sell. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery Norfolk. Memorial donations may be made to Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Olney and Stockley Gardens, Norfolk, Virginia 23507. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
