Parker, a well known resident of the town, died yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at his home, on the corner of Ivey and C Streets, after a short illness, in the 51st year of his age. He leaves a wife, one daughter, Mrs. W.F. Phelps and three sons, to mourn his loss. He was a member of high standing in Thomas Jefferson Council No. 109, Jr. O.U.A.M.
