Norfolk Virginian Pilot November 19, 1936

William Lee Parker, aged 48, retired moulder, died at his residence, 3209 Thorpe 
Court, East Fairmount Park, last night at 7:15 o'clock after a short illness. He 
was a native and life long residence of Norfolk and a veteran of the World War. 
He was the son of Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Morris Parker and the late Levi Moore 
Parker. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one sister, Mrs. Simon 
Hassen, Norfolk; four brothers, Harry S. Parker, Newark, M.J.; Grover C. Parker, 
Springdale, Conn.; Charles Henry and George D. Parker, Norfolk.
Funeral services for Mr. Parker will be conducted at the funeral home of E. Lee 
Cox & Bro., 631 Westover Avenue tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Burial will 
be in the family plot in Elmwood Cemetery.
